Elevator Planning, Engineering and Designing

In order to provide the best service to our customers, the technical details and projects of the orders we have received are prepared in detail by our engineers and technical team and are checked during the production.

The elevator cabin, suspension, weight frame and components, which will be produced, are designed and presented to our customers for approval, by designing the most ideal elevator size according to the specifications and shaft dimensions requested by our customers. After our customers examine and approve the elevator cabin project, they are included in the production program prepared by our engineers and technical team. In the production process, cutting, bending, punching and laser processes of the elevator cabin and its components are completed.

The assembly phase of the parts forming the outer body of the elevator cabin will be started. When the assembly process is completed, the suitability of the prepared project will be checked by our engineers and technical team.

The interior decoration phase of the elevator cabin, whose control process is completed, begins. The interior lining and accessories of the cabin are decorated in line with the features that our customers have declared in the project approval. The final controls of our elevator cabin and its components, whose interior decoration is completed, are made by our engineers and technical team.

The elevator cabin, suspension, weight frame and its components, whose final controls are made, are disassembled and packaged for shipment. In order to prevent any confusion that may occur on the packages, labels indicating company information, construction site and package content are made. When the packaging and labeling process is completed, our customers are informed for shipment.
